1. What kind of company is iUHBA Networks?
iUHBA Networks (pronounced Ayoohba) is a holding, investment, and management company that arranges the financing for Fiber-To-The-Home and Fixed Wireless/Mobile Access infrastructures.
2. So, iUHBA is not a service provider?
No, as an investment company iUHBA arranges for the building and initial management of FTTH/O & FWMA infrastructures, which are put under management and operations of a local team of investors and executives.
3. What exactly is FTTH/O and FWMA?
4. In which markets is iUHBA active?
iUHBA is mainly interested in three markets: the U.S.A, the U.K., and the Netherlands. iUHBA has forged or is in the process of forming partnerships with investors and/or operators in the rest of the world to implement iUHBA’s model, based on its FiberBroadband Strategy. (See answer 6, below.)
5. What is it that differentiates iUHBA from others in the FTTH/O, (Fixed) Wireless, or Broadband markets?
Other systems and networks are built on other kind of technologies. iUHBA’s team consists of the pioneers who developed the FiberBroadband Strategy (FBS). Basically, the FBS is a turn-key solution that can be implemented in any market in the world. It includes technical engineering, but also financial engineering. The latter has, for example, the amazing result that a project that costs €7-9 Billion (with a B) in total, can be paid for with €300M (with an M) in the Netherlands, and a $70 Billion project in the USA that can be financed with less than $2 Billion.
6. What more can you tell about the FiberBroadband Strategy?
7. Do you have opportunities for investors?
Yes, but the opportunities depend per country. The first market where iUHBA is launching is the Netherlands. Investors are welcomed to research opportunities created by the Dutch holding company.
