iUHBA is a specialist FTTH/O & FWMA company that invested millions of dollars and almost 90,000 man-hours (since 2000) in research, planning, design and engineering, which ultimately resulted in a new telecommunications business standard: the FiberBroadband Strategy (FBS).

The FBS includes fiber optic and wireless patents, complex financial engineering, multi-year month-to-month rollout strategy, strategic business modeling, and risk management and project management aspects. The FBS allows for quick implementation, fast rollout and great returns on investments from next generation communications infrastructures with future-proof technologies.

The FBS furthermore includes the technical, business and financial aspects of building and operating end-to-end Optical Fiber infrastructures (Fiber-To-The-Home/Office) and a Fixed Wireless/Mobile Access network (also known as Broadband Wireless Access networks).

Thus, the FBS consists of three novel ways of engineering such a grand project:

  1. Technological Engineering (patented technologies, technical design, architecture, etc.)
  2. Business Engineering (rollout strategies, deployment strategies, business modeling, marketing, operations, investments, etc.)
  3. Financial Engineering (most likely the most critical part of the FBS: how does one build a multi-billion $ infrastructure for as little investment capital as possible)

The FBS produces a threefold result:

1) the most viable future-proof engineering design,
2) the most profitable investment model,
3) the most effective business model in the FWMA and FTTH/O industries.

The FBS is a turn-key solution that the Company will utilize in its FTTH/O & FWMA projects in the USA, UK and Netherlands where we plan to Build, Own, and Operate FiberBroadband Strategy based FTTH/O and FWMA infrastructures under our ownership. From March 2010 onward, the FiberBroadband Strategy will be offered under license to system operators and/or telecom investors all over the world (except the three iUHBA markets).

The FBS also includes a business plan that is based on well researched technological and financial strategies, offering investors an aggressive plan and above-average (higher double-digits range) ROI.

• Quick deployment of FWMA and FTTH/O systems to gain a substantial subscriber base;
• Rapid and efficient scaling and offering of services to reach critical mass as soon as possible;
• Capital commitment of investors;
• Exit or large dividend yields when the company is profitable.
