iUHBA's first project is planned for its Netherlands unit. iUHBA Networks, Inc. and mUHBA Nederland Holding BV are joining efforts to launch a large-scale pioneering ultra-high-bandwidth test network in Ontario County, NY. This grand Proof of Working Concept project is the largest of its kind ever, with the intention to validate most of iUHBA's claims. Simply put, industry pioneers and experts will prove that iUHBA is going to change the mobile and wireless industry for good.

mUHBA is now selling convertible bonds in a public offering in the Netherlands; the Company's bonds sale is exempted by the Dutch equivalent of the SEC. The Company has prepared an "investors kit" that can be downloaded from the investors section of this website.

iUHBA will also focus on its USA and Netherlands projects, the latter being a €7-9 billion Fiber-To-The-Home/Office and Fixed Wireless/Mobile Access project that will cost the Company’s investors “just” €300 million; a fraction of the value and tangible assets created. This low amount funding requirement is the result of years of fine-tuning all aspects of project development and rollout strategy as part of iUHBA's proprietary FiberBroadband Strategy.

• At the break-even-point of approximately €300 million, the Company’s subscriberbase will generate enough income (the cash-flow positive state) to pay for the Company’s future investments and other expenses (from Retained Earnings);
• This €300M funding will be provided by a pool of third-party (institutional/corporate/ individual/strategic) investors;
• The Company has no strategic or philosophical preference for the kind or type of investor.

UHBA Networks Netherlands Holdings (UHBA NL) will receive €350,000,000 (€300M for the project and €50M for investments) from N.S. Lachman & Co., in four distinct phases spread over a period of 18 months.
